True life... I tried the "sock bun"
Yesterday I saw a lot of posts about the “sock bun.” Like, a lot a lot of posts. I for one have never even heard of the “sock bun.” So I read the posts saying to myself, umm, what the heck? This morning, I ran. I haven’t run in the morning in farrrr toooo long. I felt good. I felt slow. But I still managed to get through two miles. Two whole miles! Not an incredible fete or my longest run by far. But it was incredible. Like, I forgot how much I loved it. My alarm is set bright and early so I can get that incredible feeling again tomorrow morning. Seriously, it just starts...
